Looking for waiting staff for 5 star Hotel, based in West End. Must have previous experience in waiting in a 4 or 5 star environment. Must be able to work at least five shifts (more than 20 hours) a week, which will be worked out on a weekly rota basis. Social Work Assistant Disabled Children’s Social Work Team(18 hours Per week)

Specialist Children’s Service provides an integrated service to disabled children and children with additional health needs within Waltham Forest. A range of teams (health and social care) are co-located at The Wood Street Health Centre and deliver coordinated support to children, young people and their families.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic member of staff to join our Disabled Children’s Social Work Team as a Social Work Assistant. You will need to have experience of working with children/young people and their families and an understanding of the range of issues facing disabled children. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to offer high quality customer care.

There is a permanent vacancy for a HIV Team Manager within the Adults Division. This is a good opportunity to acquire management experience within a team that interfaces with adults/Disabilities/Older people and Children services; along with the Health & Voluntary sectors. The Team Manager also has responsibility for managing the three preferred provider agreements with voluntary sector providers.
You will manage the casework of the team, and will need to hold a social work qualification with at least three years post-qualifying experience. You will also have some supervisory/management experience. A sound budgetary background is also required.

  • Revenues Officer (Billing and Recovery)

    As a Revenues Officer, you will be dealing with the administration, collection and enforcement of Council Tax. This will include establishing and amending liability for Council Tax payers, attending Waltham Forest Magistrates Court to make payment arrangements with our customers as well as liaising with bailiff companies and other outside agencies. Experience of working in a Council Tax or Business Rates environment is desirable but candidates must have experience of working in a debt collection environment to collect unpaid fines, charges or taxes.




    For the above post you must have 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution. Candidates having relevant experience but without the academic qualifications are encouraged to apply
