| Revenues Officer (Billing and Recovery) As a Revenues Officer, you will be dealing with the administration, collection and enforcement of Council Tax. This will include establishing and amending liability for Council Tax payers, attending Waltham Forest Magistrates Court to make payment arrangements with our customers as well as liaising with bailiff companies and other outside agencies.
